We provide a simple solution to the large amount of industrial waste produced by farmers, by using their waste to grow a range of gourmet and medicinal mushrooms. The aim is not simply to reduce waste, but to produce high-quality products locally, from local waste, for the local market. Our environmentally-friendly farming practices ensure that you can enjoy this culinary treasure while supporting a greener future.
We want to show the whole industry that it's possible to use our waste streams in a more circular way, but also to show and discover the fascinating world of mycology, particularly in terms of the health and nutritional benefits for us and our planet. A mix of urban agriculture, circular economy and exotic flavours.Our urban farm is located in the heart of Vevey, in the former Saint-Martin wine cellar. Not only do we recycle waste by growing delicious mushrooms, but we've also converted an old, unused wine cellar into a ab urban farm full of life.
Where to find our mushrooms?
You can find our mushrooms directly in our mushroom farm in the heart of Vevey. We have a variety of fresh mushrooms (depending on the day's harvest) and other mushroom-based products. Mushrooms can be reserved on our website and picked up at the mushroom farm.
Our mushrooms can also be found in many Vevey-area stores and restaurants that share our values of high-quality, fresh, sustainable food.
